Pick the VPS near buyers, not the office ping

Who is opening it
US or EU buyers: host there. Southeast Asia: near Singapore. The plant can stay in China; the site should not.
Enough machine
An inquiry WordPress box starts at 2 vCPU and 2–4 GB. Do not jam the site and the database onto a nearly full disk. Photo-heavy catalogs need disk and CDN, not endless CPU.
Panel or a clean OS
A clean image is fine if you run LNMP yourself. If the factory will edit the site, a panel, backups, and certificate renewals save pain.
Backups in the handoff
Daily copies of files and database, not on the same disk. Write the restore steps. A public URL is not a host handoff.
