HTTPS, redirects, and sitemap on launch day
Search Console

Freeze the canonical host
Pick one https host, with or without www. 301 the other three. Do not leave twins live.
Sitemap and robots
/sitemap.xml should list home, categories, products, and notes. robots.txt should allow crawling and point at the sitemap. Tracker paths can stay disallowed.
Search Console
Verify the same host you redirect to, then submit the sitemap. Do not verify www and ship the apex.
Form and phone
Submit the form to a real overseas inbox. Open the menu, product images, and buttons on a phone. Until both pass, it is not live.
