Do not test from the office inbox
Internal mail often shares the same box. Submit from Gmail or Outlook off-network and see if it lands in the inbox or spam.
Keep the fields short
Name, company, email, product, and a note. Asking for tax IDs and annual volume on first click closes the tab.
Put the source in the message
The mail should name the product URL and the domain. Shared inboxes cannot answer without that.
If it fails
Missing SMTP, a cached form plugin, or Cloudflare blocking POST are the usual three. The launch list should tick this on its own line.
