NS 在 Cloudflare 不等于域名所有权在 Cloudflare。注册商账号仍是根。丢了注册商，只拿着 Cloudflare 登录，迁不走。

Whois and admin mail should be a company domain or a long-lived Gmail, not a personal QQ. Failed renewals usually start with mail that never arrived.
Privacy
Turn it on to cut spam. Keep the registrant record inside the company for transfers and payout reviews.
Before a transfer
Unlock, fetch the auth code, disable privacy if the registrar requires it. The account owner does this. Do not send the password to a temp contractor.
Cloudflare is not the registrar
NS at Cloudflare is not ownership at Cloudflare. The registrar login is the root. Lose that, keep only Cloudflare, and you cannot leave.
